Position Summary and Responsibilities:

Responsibilities include:

The Order Desk role has responsibility for the following:
- Ensuring that customers are fully aware of order delivery dates
- Ensure that customers are informed of any changes to delivery dates
- Co-ordination with internal and external parties (e.g. freight forwarders) to ensure on time deliveries to customers.
- Planning shipments and Sales order processing
- Internal documentation to ensure on time delivery
- Schedule collection of orders based on planned delivery
- Handle assigned customer queries on order status and respond on time
- Error free shipping documentation generation
- On time order confirmation to customer 

Qualifications Include:

Suitable candidates should have a degree and 3 years experience in Customer Service within the import / export field. Excellent written and spoken English is essential. Candidates need to be organised, detail conscious and follow up on outstanding issues. Excellent interpersonal skills are required and candidates need to be team players.
