The Service Engineer position has responsibility for the following:
- Repair / fix equipment for customers, at the customer site
- Problem solve complicated issues to resolve mechanical issues
- Provide customers with servicing of machines
- Ensure servicing is completed to a high standard within the time line of customers
- Accurate completion of documentation for servicing
- Customer site visits to resolve issues
- Educate customers in routine maintenance 

Candidates should be educated to degree level in an Engineering degree and have 3 years experience in a service engineer position within the welding industry. Excellent English communication is required as is the ability to problem solve at customer sites. A customer service focus and a team player attitude are a must. This role will involve regional travel.
