Aristo™ U82
The new-generation Aristo™ U82 provides galactic performance – with fingertip control. The ingenious software, expanded memory and advanced communication options of the Aristo™ U82 give ‘functionality’ new meaning. Expanded welding parameter memory positions permit storage of an unparalleled range of application settings, while settings and other data can be transferred from one controller to another via LAN or USB, for direct download to a PC.
With the ability to form an integral part of multiple robotic welding systems, the Aristo™ U82 can retrieve programs containing welding parameters from robotic system add-on units via a Fieldbus (DeviceNet, Profibus or CANopen).
Automatically monitored quality data for each weld (arc time, minimum and maximum current, voltage, power etc.) can be stored in the memory as quality documentation for the welded items. The straightforward file-manager system ensures that critical data is logically structured and stored, for simple and speedy retrieval.
